Autens was commissioned to design a workshop resulting in the drawing of a road map towards a new Learning Vision for Gentofte, guiding the next 10 years of school development at the innovative edge. The road map was to be developed by the head teachers in Gentofte in collaboration – and included considerations as inclusion of stakeholders, staff, students etc and overall purpose of the vision document. Head teachers in Gentofte are experienced process participants and strong leaders of school development, so it is always a great challenge to work with them – and great fun!
